E-commerce SEO Masterclass: Part 4 – Implementing the Fixes 💻

Now that you’ve nailed the fundamentals, and we have our problems organized by order of priority. We’ll start optimizing the on-page elements by order of priority — starting from your collection pages.

1. Collection Pages (Your Product Hubs) Collection pages are key for SEO because they group your products into easily searchable categories. Now, let’s get to work fixing your collection page problems. 

Pull up your keyword spreadsheet. We’ll start from collection pages and work our way down to individual product pages. 

Highlight each collection page. Now enter the first collection page in your SEO Shop scanner results’ search bar. You should now have a list of problems affecting the category pages. 

If you’re confused about what each problem means, next to each highlighted problem is a “Learn” button. You will get a full guide and video tutorial showing you exactly how to solve the highlighted problem. 

Fix the critical issues (Red) first, then move on to the warnings (Yellow). Once done, move to the next item. 

The issues you will need to fix will fall loosely under these categories:

🔑 Pro Tip: If you have multiple collection pages, optimize in this order: Collection page > Product pages > Collection Page > Product pages
